Child Friendly Spaces Summer Camp

Women Development Centre organized the 3 days summer camp at the 9 CFS centres in 6 project areas. The objective of this summer camp was to provide education beyond academic excellence and foster participation among the marginalized children in the areas of their interests to hone their talents and skills with creative learning, listening, games and cultural activities. It started from July 03, 2025 to July 05, 2025 and 417 children from the age group of 8 -15 years participated. Resource team comprised of 7 members, students from Don Bosco College, Golaghat and accompanied by Nobenius Minj, Project Child Rights Advocacy Coordinator.
Women Development Centre (WDC) is a development centre for the people in North East India for many years. The sisters felt the need to bring structural change to the present way of living especially of the women and tribals.
